“These folks are the most honest folks around. They give car repair shops a good name. My car had been diagnosed with a needed repair so I took it in for that repair before a road trip and Ty called to tell me that they had diagnosed my problem incorrectly and that the leak I was having was from another place, which wasn’t critical to get repaired at this time. How many mechanics do you know who would have done this? Most would NOT have replaced the part they told you needed replacing, charged you for it anyway, and told you about the additional repair needed.
